    • Background/Purpose: A concise statement of the objective and background of the work.
    • Methods: Describe the apparatus, chemistry, samples, and materials used in detail.
    • Results: Use graphs, spectra, charts, and pictures with a minimum of text to illustrate results.
    • Conclusions: Concise statement of the findings indicating future research directions.
    * If it is a case study: the elements are Introduction, Case and Conclusions.

  • 4. Poster Attending Time
  • By definition poster presentations have a restriction on space which limits the detail that can be presented. Therefore authors should expect to engage with conference delegates in discussing their findings during the Poster Attending Time. The presenter will be required to attend the Poster Attending Time from 13:00-14:00 on that day his/her poster is presented.

  • 5. Poster Presentation Style
  • Please bear in mind that the space for each poster is limited, so please emphasize graphics and make sure to use only the necessary items in the poster. The recommended style is as follows:

    • Font: Use a sans serif font such as Arial or Tahoma in a minimum size of 24 pt; author(s) and affiliation(s) should be at least 42 point. Text, figures and photographs should be readable from a distance of 1.5m.

    • Text: Use short sentences, simple words, and bullet points to illustrate important issues.

  • 6. Disclaimer
  • Neither the WFSICCM Seoul 2015 Organizing Committee nor the conference venue shall be responsible for loss or damage of the presenter’s poster or shall be held liable for injuries to persons or damage to property owned by the poster presenter(s).

  • 7. Take-down
  • Please note the poster left behind after the removal time (17:00-18:00), can be discarded.
